Donations are essential:

Donations are used directly to provide hands on education programs at Shelburne Craft School. Funds are used for everything from purchasing supplies for our youth and adult programs and equipment like new wheels for the pottery studio, disk sanders for the woodshop, scholarships for youth and adults so they can gain access to classes and experience they would not have been able to and so much more.   By investing today, you are helping to educate, mentor, and train future crafts person and creative thinkers. Thank you!

The Shelburne Craft School is a 501(c)(3) organization. Your donation is tax deductible.

What Your Donation Does:

Your donation allows us to maintain and upgrade equipment to keep the work we do relevant.

Historic Preservation

Your donation allows us to take care of our historic campus, improve it, and make sure it is around in the future.

Your donation is an investment in the future of the Shelburne Craft School so that a ten-year-old who attended summer camp this year has the opportunity to send their children to the school or to return to the school when they are seventy-five and take classes.

Your donation supports community events and exhibitions that allow us to come together and celebrate the joy of making things.

Your donation makes a huge impact. The Shelburne Craft School receives no government funding and very little foundation support. We rely on donations from people like you to make the future.

Your donation supports our work with community groups who rely on Shelburne Craft School. Last year we worked with Shelburne Farms, Shelburne Community School, Lake Champlain Waldorf School, Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources, Burlington College, Vermont Woodworking School, YMCA, Howard Center, Girl Scouts, Adventures in Learning, and Robinson Elementary School.

Your donation helps us make classes accessible to people who would otherwise be unable to afford it.

Thank you for your support.
