Spring 2017 classes now online!
Spring is the perfect time to jump into something new and creative! Our Spring 2017 session brings new classes and fresh exploration in craft making with supportive instructors and a vibrant creative community!
The exponential growth of our Clay program is proof, with nearly all Winter classes completely full, that ceramics and clay on the wheel are relevant fine craft art forms which timelessly inspire creative development and imagination. In Visual Arts, we welcomed two new instructors, Misoo Filan and Brooke Monte, who offer core foundation classes in Drawing and Painting. We are also looking forward to welcoming Dana Heffern as our Color Theory guru in 2017. We expanded the Metals and Glass Studio to provide incubator space for students looking to work on guided independent projects and now have a renter’s program for students looking to develop their own body of work. We also added a much needed after school youth program to support local parents with early release in our Tuesday Craft Sampler for Shelburne Community School Students, which encourages students to explore a variety of arts and craft projects. Don’t miss your chance to to create with us this Spring!
