The Shelburne Craft School has many classes for youth to explore, learn, and craft year-round. We offer after-school classes for ages 6 and up during the school year in clay, visual arts, metal, and woodworking.




Cancellation Policy

All classes must be paid for one week before the beginning of class. Refunds are given one week prior to class, 20% is non-refundable. No refunds for classes you miss during a session. We will not prorate the cost of a class for classes missed. For workshops, you must cancel one week prior to class for a refund (minus the 20%). A full refund will be given if we cancel a class due to low enrollment.

Winter Cancellation Policy: We follow the Shelburne Community School closing for adult day and after school classes, and office closing  CLICK HERE for up-to-date info.  If you are enrolled in an evening adult class or weekend workshop your instructor or a staff member will be in touch.  We will also post on our Facebook page.

Visiting Group Field Trips

Structured one-day experiences for groups of students to explore the Craft School’s offerings in clay, wood shop, glass, metal or fine art. Let us help you customize an experience to your group and/or curricular needs.  Prices and options available upon request, please email for more information.

Community Partnerships

We can work with any group to build a series of classes at the Craft School and/or  off-site, utilizing our skilled faculty, materials and equipment to meet individual needs.  Prices and options available upon request, please email for more information.


The Shelburne Craft School offers partial scholarships for adults and children when available, and based on need. We encourage you to submit a scholarship application. Please click HERE to submit a scholarship request.
