Our sun filled clay studio is the perfect place for you to find respite and make with your hands beautiful objects. Open studio is for current students only.  We offer seven days of open studio time, so that you can get the most out of your practice.  We  have a wonderful firing facility which includes a Baileys gas reduction kiln, two Baileys electric kilns, and a Olympic raku kiln, and a brick pit for firing. Clay classes include open studio time as well as instruction time. Material fees cover your first bag of clay, glazes, and firings.  Additional clay is available for purchase.  We invite you to come in and tour the studio.

WORKSHOP: Flower Bricks (10)
Instructor: Kristen Maniscalco
Flower bricks became popular in Holland to display tulips in a way that shows their individual beauty during the height of the tulip craze.  Flower bricks are currently having a revival in the United States as alternative to traditional vase forms.  Students will have the option of building their flower brick simply, having a literal brick form, or it can be more creatively sculpted and embellished to stand alone as a beautiful piece of artwork.
