Area Schools and Visiting Groups:

Since the founding of the Shelburne Craft School, community schools have come to our campus to learn the craft of woodworking, pottery, metal smithing, stained glass, painting and drawing.

For several years, we have offered classes in metal-smithing, jewelry-making, and stained glass to the Shelburne Community School eighth graders for credit towards graduation. We have supported partnerships with the Lake Champlain Waldorf School, providing access to our studio spaces for a variety of artistic ventures.

If interested in having your group come to the Shelburne Craft School for a field-trip and creative learning activity, please contact sage for more information at sage.  Project ideas can include:  Pottery, painting, woodworking, stained glass, and jewelry-making.  Activities can range from one hour to all day.

Business groups:  Come spend the day team building and having fun creating.
