Sage Tucker-Ketcham, Executive Director: Sage joined the Shelburne Craft School in December 2010 as Executive Director. She has worked as an art educator, gallery owner, adjunct college instructor, painter, and entrepreneur. She received her BFA from Maine College of Art and her MFA from the Institute of Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

Sarah Sprague, Education Coordinator: Sarah has been with the Shelburne Craft School since 2006. She teaches metal-smithing, youth-level woodworking, stained glass, and clay. Sarah is a mentor, instructs our college programs, and community school programs, as well as coordinates our community adult and kids classes and workshops. She graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Vermont and her MFA in Education from Johnson State College.

Chris Ramos, Wood Shop Manager: Chris started out as a wood worker in resident, and is a wood shop instructor. Chris is responsible for the day to day operations of the wood shop, renter program, WIR program and works with the director in program development. Chris holds a Craftsmanship and Design degree through Vermont Woodworking School and Burlington College.

Rik Rolla, Clay Studio Manager: Rik has been part of the Shelburne Craft School for over 8 years. He teaches our kids’ clay on the wheel, adult classes, and is our community out-reach instructor for our Mobius Mentoring program. He manages the open-studio schedule, studio monitors, kiln fires, and oversees equipment maintenance and supply ordering.

Wylie Sofia Garcia, Summer Camp Director/Admin: Wylie is a sculptor and performance artist, mother and teacher. She hold her BA from the University of Chicago, with honors and her MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Wylie is in charge of our 2013 Summer Camps and assisting in the office.
